nterior Designer
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and passionate Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative residential and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, excellent space planning skills, and the ability to transform client requirements into practical and visually appealing interiors.
Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget.
Develop interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings using design software.
Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and accessories.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and timely completion.
Prepare project estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material specifications.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timeline.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
