Job Title:
Client Relationship Executive (Wealth Management)
Job Location:
Jaipur / Beawar / Vadodara
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing client relationships, supporting wealth advisory services, and
ensuring smooth execution of investment transactions while maintaining high standards of
client satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibility:
Responsible for client servicing, advisory support, and client acquisition.
• Understand various investment products (MF, PMS, AIF, Insurance, etc.) and assist in
portfolio planning
• Explain portfolio performance and financial concepts to clients in simple terms
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high satisfaction levels
• Support client acquisition through referrals, networking, and outbound efforts
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth transaction execution and servicing requests• Ensure compliance with KYC norms, risk profiling, and client data privacy standards
• Track client investments and assist in goal-based financial planning
• Stay updated with market trends and financial products
• Provide proactive service and build long-term client trust
Candidate Profile:
• Basic understanding of investment options, asset allocation, SIP/STP/SWP
• Good communication skills for client interaction (calls & meetings)
• Knowledge of KYC basics, risk profiling, and compliance norms
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams for execution and servicing
• Client-first approach with strong relationship-building skills
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Finance / Commerce preferred)
• NISM VA Certification (preferred or willing to complete)
• CFP / QPFP Certification (good to have)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Mutual Fund / Financial Services / Banking / Insurance /
NBFC
Job Profile & Responsibilities:
1. Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and outbound efforts
2. Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable investment/insurance
solutions
3. Maintain long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
4. Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and servicing
5. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets
6. Stay updated with financial products (MF, Insurance, PMS, AIF, etc.)
