Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have shown interest in loan products.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Generate quality leads and convert enquiries into successful loan applications.
- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal processing teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
