Job Description
customers find products or services and assists them through the sales process. Their responsibilities may include:
- Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and providing a friendly and helpful attitude
- Sales: Taking orders, processing transactions, and receiving payment
- Inventory: Monitoring inventory, restocking, and updating product information
- Customer support: Resolving complaints and assisting customers with delivery schedules
- Communication: Answering phone calls and emails, and following up with customers
- Display: Maintaining the counter area and product displays
- Training: Cross training and developing the department
Accountant-
Maintain compliance with accounting principles,Conduct account reconciliations & update financial records
Handle tax fillings and audit.
