Job Title: Sales Executive – Field sales / General Trade
Location: Kolkata (Only local candidates can apply)
Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive field sales, expand distribution, and lead a team of Market Growth Representatives (MGRs) in Kolkata. This role demands strong leadership, market knowledge, and a proven track record in FMCG/General Trade sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet daily/weekly sales targets (Primary & Secondary)
- Lead & support a team of MGRs
- Open new outlets & maintain good retailer relationships
- Ensure in-store visibility and merchandising
- Track company assets (coolers, POS materials)
- Handle discounts, credit, and claims at the outlet level
Requirements
- Qualifications: Graduation / MBA
- Experience: 7+years and above Experience need in Field Sales/ General trade/FMCG Sales
- Continuous travel within the designated area 90% Travel in a month
- Male candidates preferred
- Age should be 42years or below.
- Should have handled 5 or above team members
