Civil Engineering Faculty / Professor

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Civil Engineering Faculty / Professor to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students, conduct research, guide student projects, and contribute to academic excellence within the department. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

• Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Academic DutiesDeliver lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical classes in Civil Engineering subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and examination papers.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
• Guide students in academic projects, internships, and research activities.
• Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional requirements.
• Research & DevelopmentConduct research in Civil Engineering and allied fields.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals and conferences.
• Participate in sponsored research projects and consultancy assignments.
• Encourage innovation and industry-oriented learning.
• Academic AdministrationAssist in curriculum development and revision.
• Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and academic audits.
• Organize seminars, workshops, technical events, and industrial visits.
• Contribute to departmental and institutional committees.
• Student MentoringProvide academic and career guidance to students.
• Support placement and internship activities.
• Encourage participation in technical competitions and professional societies.
• Qualification Requirements:B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant specialization (Mandatory).
• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering (Preferred for Professor positions).
• Qualifications should be as per AICTE/UGC norms.
• Experience:Assistant ProfessorFreshers or candidates with relevant teaching/industry experience as per AICTE norms.
• Associate ProfessorMinimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with research publications.
• ProfessorMinimum 10–15 years of teaching/research/industry experience with a strong record of publications, project supervision, and academic leadership.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering concepts and applications.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching tools and software.
