Job Description
We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily operations of GST GENIE.
Responsibilities:
- Open the office on time every day and ensure it is ready for operations.
- Close and secure the office at the end of the working day.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the office premises.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Assist with photocopying, document handling, filing, and other office-related tasks.
- Support staff and management with day-to-day office requirements.
- Follow instructions given by the management and complete assigned tasks promptly.
- Ensure office supplies and pantry items are properly maintained.
- Be reliable and capable of independently opening the office daily without supervision.
Requirements:
- Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Good attitude and willingness to work.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain office cleanliness.
- Prior office assistant/office boy experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly Off
Location: GST GENIE
