DME Transfer Specialist

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented DME Call Transfer Executives to join our US Healthcare team. The role involves speaking with potential patients, qualifying them based on campaign guidelines, and transferring eligible calls to licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve daily performance targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective patients in the US.
• Verify customer eligibility using the provided qualification criteria.
• Explain the purpose of the call professionally and obtain customer consent.
• Warm transfer qualified calls to the designated DME provider.
• Accurately update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow campaign scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for transfers, quality, and attendance.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
• EligibilityExcellent verbal English communication skills.
• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.
• Experience in US Healthcare, DME, Medicare, or International BPO is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
