Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, driving sales, and supporting recruitment and business growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and field activities.
- Meet potential customers and explain financial products and services.
- Schedule appointments and conduct customer meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Support recruitment activities by identifying and screening potential candidates.
- Maintain customer and prospect data in company systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
