Property Valuation Officer

We are hiring Site Visit Engineers for our property valuation projects. The candidate will be responsible for visiting properties, conducting on-site physical inspections, taking accurate measurements, and collecting required data for valuation reports.

We offer flexible hiring options: Full-Time (Fixed Salary) as well as Freelance / Part-Time (Per Site Visit Pay).

Education: ITI Civil Draughtsman, Surveyor, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates both are welcome.

Vehicle: Must own a personal two-wheeler with a valid Driving License.

Skills: Basic knowledge of area measurements, building maps, and good communication skills.

શિક્ષણ: ITI સિવિલ ડ્રાફ્ટસમેન, સર્વેયર, ડિપ્લોમા ઇન સિવિલ એન્જિનિયરિંગ, અથવા B.E./B.Tech ઇન સિવિલ એન્જિનિયરિંગ. અનુભવ: ફ્રેશર્સ અને અનુભવી બંને ઉમેદવારોનું સ્વાગત છે. વાહન: વેલિડ ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાયસન્સ સાથે પોતાનું ટૂ-વ્હીલર હોવું ફરજિયાત છે. આવડત: એરિયા મેઝરમેન્ટ (માપણી), બિલ્ડિંગ મેપ્સ (નકશા) નું બેઝિક જ્ઞાન અને સારી વાતચીત કરવાની કળા.
