Center Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head who will be responsible for complete business operations of the park. This role involves managing revenue, team performance, customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence while driving business growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day park operations ensuring smooth functioning of all activities and safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, manage and motivate staff across departments; ensure proper scheduling and productivity 
• Revenue Management: Drive sales through walk-ins, events, group bookings and achieve monthly revenue targets 
• Customer Experience: Ensure high guest satisfaction and handle escalations effectively 
• Sales & Marketing Support: Execute local marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase footfall 
• Reporting & MIS: Track daily sales, footfall, expenses, and maintain operational reports 
• Cost Control & Inventory: Monitor expenses, manage inventory, and ensure cost efficiency 
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations 

Skills & Competencies 

• 5–10 years of experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or entertainment industry 
• Strong experience in team handling and revenue management 
• Prior experience in amusement parks, hospitality, or retail chains preferred 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Customer-centric mindset 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment 
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
