Job Description
We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Sales & Client Relationship Manager for our Wealth Management with 2+ years of experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales meetings, business development, and revenue generation. Candidate must have experience in acquiring and managing client's portfolio and investments.
Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Investment Relationship Manager to join our growing family in Vadodara! In this dynamic role, you will be the face of Primeidea Ventures for our clients, guiding them through their wealth creation journey. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, gathering assets, and managing core investment products like Mutual Funds and SIPs. If you are deeply passionate about personal finance and love building meaningful client relationships, we would be thrilled to welcome you to our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Client Acquisition: Actively source and onboard new clients with benchmark assets, expanding the firm’s reach and building a robust pipeline.
- Grow the SIP Book: Take charge of increasing the total assigned Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) book by engaging closely with both allocated and newly acquired clients.
- Expand Assets Under Management (AUM): Successfully gather assets from existing and new relationships, strategically adding to the overall AUM of the branch.
- Deepen Client Penetration: Increase the total basket of clients who have an active AUM with the firm by identifying cross-selling opportunities across our specialized product list.
- Achieve Branch Targets: Proactively contribute to the business targets assigned to the Vadodara branch in terms of AUM, SIP book size, and client acquisition metrics.
- Deliver Service Excellence: Ensure the absolute highest level of personalized service to our clients, enhancing and upgrading client relationships through regular interactions and trust-building.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Any Graduate degree. A background in Finance, Business, or relevant industry certifications will be highly advantageous!
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in the Financial Services (Broking), BFSI, or Wealth Management sector, with a strong understanding of investment and trading products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
- Relationship Builder: A natural networker who loves connecting with people and has a proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Mindset: Forward-thinking, humble, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, research-driven environment while maintaining strict adherence to compliance.
