Sales & Marketing Executive

We are HIRING for a "Car Sales Executive - Field” for our Organization, RNS Motors Pvt. Ltd., to be stationed in Bangalore.The ideal candidate will be responsible for field sales, client acquisition, and delivering an excellent customer experience. The role involves direct interaction with customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets for Maruti Suzuki cars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Engage with potential customers to understand their car requirements and suggest suitable models.
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Coordinate with the dealership team for smooth order processing and vehicle delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and promotional offers.
• Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and after-sales support.
