Customer Support Executive

Hiring for Customer Support Executive (Voice process) Hindi & English.

Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.

Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism, addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.

Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their issues, and provide effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.

Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals, share knowledge, and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in a similar role (customer service/support).

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) for effective interaction with international clients.

Proficiency in Hindi language is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.

Undergraduate + 6 months experience can be apply.
