Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and closing sales through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads via calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Present products/services and handle objections effectively
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospects to closure
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of inside sales or telesales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience with CRM and MS Excel
- Target-driven with strong follow-up skills
Preferred Skills:
- B2B/B2C sales experience
- Knowledge of lead generation tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
