Job Description
We are looking for a creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help our real estate consultancy grow. In this role, you will handle all of our online marketing, create fun and professional social media posts, and run online ads to help us find new clients.
What You Will Do
- Manage Social Media: Create and post daily content (photos, videos, and property reels) on Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp.
- Run Online Ads: Set up and monitor paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google to bring in new client leads.
- Design Visuals: Make clean, attractive property flyers and digital banners using tools like Canva.
- Interact with Potential Clients: Reply to messages and comments from people interested in our properties.
What We Are Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience managing social media and running paid online ads.
- Good skills in Canva or basic video editing apps (like CapCut).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly online voice.
- An interest in real estate (prior experience in real estate is a plus).
