Sales & Marketing Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically strong Sales & Marketing Engineers from Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering backgrounds.

This role combines technical understanding with customer interaction, application engineering, and business development. You will work closely with customers to understand their applications, recommend suitable solutions, and support projects from technical discussions to final execution.

The role involves both online meetings and customer site visits across India.

Eligibility – What We Are Looking For

Educational Qualification

• Degree / Diploma in:
• Electronics Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering

Candidates from other streams will not be considered.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar products or activities is preferred
• Freshers with strong academic records and willingness to work for a minimum of 3 years from joining may also be considered

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

• Load Cells
• Weighing Systems
• Strain Gauge Technology
• Amplifiers
• Data Acquisition Systems
• Analysis Software
• Automotive Test Systems

• Sales & marketing of complete product range across India
• Online meetings, customer visits, and technical discussions
• Understanding customer applications and recommending suitable products
• Preparation of technical & commercial offers
• Preparation of technical notes, manuals, test reports, certificates, and presentations
• Product demonstrations and technical support
• Coordination with customers, consultants, and engineering teams
• Onsite support and visits whenever required
• Exhibitions and Tech presentations

Pay, Benefits & Perks

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month. Higher salary can be considered for deserving candidate.

(Based on experience, technical capability, and industry exposure)
