Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai


About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Identify potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, promoters, real estate consultants, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable RERA-related services.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and RERA regulations.


  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.


  • Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B sales or real estate sales is preferred.
  • Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent follow-up and conversion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
