Job Description
Role:
Handle day-to-day accounting, office administration, documentation, and coordination activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries
• Maintain Inventory and Stock Positions
• Handle invoicing, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting work
• Maintain records, files, and office documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and transporters
• Assist in payroll, attendance, and staff administration
• Follow up for payments and support MIS/reporting work
• Manage office supplies and general admin activities
Requirements:
• 5–6 years experience in accounting and administration
• Knowledge of Zoho Books (Mandatory), Excel, and strong accounting and inventory management knowledge
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Organized and detail-oriented approach
Preferred Qualities:
• Responsible and disciplined
• Good follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask
• Honest and dependable
