Job Summary:


The Assistant Manager – Sales is responsible for supporting sales growth, managing customer relationships, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating with the sales team to expand market presence. The role involves identifying business opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and recommend improvement actions.
