Photoshop Designer

To manage day-to-day operations of the printing and document service center, assist customers, handle printing and design requirements, maintain records, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceWelcome customers and understand their requirements.
• Assist customers with printing, photocopying, scanning, and document-related services.
• Guide customers on print formats, paper options, and finishing requirements.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Printing OperationsOperate Xerox, printer, scanner, and lamination machines.
• Take printouts (B&W and Color).
• Handle photocopying and bulk printing jobs.
• Ensure print quality and timely delivery.
• Basic Design WorkCreate and edit documents using MS Word, PowerPoint, and PDF software.
• Design simple:
• Visiting cards
• Flyers
• Certificates
• Invitations
• Letterheads
• Brochures
• Make corrections and formatting changes as requested.
• Document ServicesScan and email documents.
• Convert documents to PDF.
• Organize and print registration documents.
• Assist customers with document preparation and formatting.
• Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote printing and design services to local businesses.
• Build relationships with:
• Advocates
• Real estate agents
• Document writers
• Schools and colleges
• Small businesses
• Collect repeat orders and maintain customer database.
• Inventory ManagementMonitor paper stock, toner, and consumables.
• Maintain inventory records.
• Inform management about stock requirements.
• Cash & BillingGenerate invoices and receipts.
• Handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
• Maintain daily sales reports.
• Submit daily collection reports.
• Housekeeping & MaintenanceKeep outlet clean and organized.
• Ensure machines are maintained properly.
• Report technical issues immediately.
• Required SkillsTechnical SkillsBasic computer knowledge.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• PDF editing.
• Printing and scanning operations.
• Basic Canva or CorelDRAW knowledge preferred.
• Soft SkillsGood communication skills (Kannada mandatory).
• Basic English and Hindi preferred.

• QualificationPUC / Diploma / Any Graduate.
