About the CompanyWe are a fast-growing real estate brokerage specializing in residential, commercial, luxury, and investment properties. We are looking for dynamic, target-driven professionals who can build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional buying and investment experiences.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable residential, commercial, plotted, or investment properties.
- Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into successful sales.
- Negotiate pricing and payment plans in coordination with developers and management.
- Coordinate with legal, CRM, accounts, and operations teams for smooth documentation and booking.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, sales, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and government regulations such as RERA.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction KPIs.

- Desired SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a consultative selling mindset.
- Confidence in conducting presentations and site visits.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Basic understanding of property documentation, home loans, and RERA.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- EligibilityBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred).
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
