Plannig Executive

Role Summary

Plan, monitor and control project execution across multiple sites by coordinating project schedules, client communication, site progress, material readiness and cross-functional activities. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are executed as per approved timelines by proactively tracking progress, resolving execution bottlenecks and driving timely follow-ups with all stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project schedules, milestone trackers and execution plans for multiple ongoing projects. • Track daily and weekly site progress through regular coordination with Site Engineers and ensure execution aligns with approved project timelines. • Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Stores and Project teams to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, manpower and other project requirements. • Monitor project progress against planned schedules, identify delays, execution risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution through cross-functional coordination. • Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress, schedule updates, pending requirements and execution milestones while maintaining professional client relationships. • Organize and coordinate project review meetings, maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of assigned action points. • Prepare project dashboards, PPC MIS, progress reports, delay analysis, recovery plans and management reports for periodic review. • Ensure timely dispatch of materials and effective coordination between plant, logistics and project sites to support uninterrupted execution. • Support project teams in planning resource deployment, monitoring productivity and ensuring projects are completed within committed timelines. • Escalate critical project risks, delays and resource constraints to management along with recommended corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.

 • Minimum 6 years of experience in Project Planning, Project Coordination, PPC or Project Execution within Construction, PEB, EPC or Industrial Projects.

 • Working knowledge of MS Project, Advanced MS Excel or equivalent planning tools will be preferred.
