Job Description

A Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) is responsible for recovering outstanding payments from customers while maintaining professional and ethical communication. The role involves contacting customers through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups to remind them of overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and assisting customers in resolving payment-related issues. The agent is required to maintain accurate records of all collection activities, update customer information in the system, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, be target-oriented, and have basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, while DRA certification is an added advantage. The primary objective of the role is to achieve collection targets and contribute to the organization's overall recovery performance.
