Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Executive to manage and streamline day-to-day HR processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring policy compliance, managing HR documentation, and providing operational support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration & Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
- Manage employee documentation, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and exit documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and employee data analysis.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and system access.
- Conduct employee induction programs and ensure a smooth joining experience.
- Manage exit formalities, clearance processes, and full-and-final settlements.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate attendance and leave data.
- Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies.
Payroll Support
- Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing accurate employee data.
- Maintain records of salary revisions, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Coordinate with finance and payroll vendors to resolve discrepancies.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Track employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee requests related to HR documentation and policies.
Compliance & Audits
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain statutory records and support internal/external audits.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Understanding of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
