Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Order Follow-up & CRM Operations

Location: Bhopal

Job Description : We are looking for a Tele-calling Executive to manage customer follow-ups, order status verification, and CRM updates. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, confirming order deliveries, updating records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers regarding their orders.
• Verify whether orders have been delivered successfully.
• Collect customer feedback and record responses.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and courier-related issues.
• Update customer interactions and order status in the CRM system.
• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve delivery-related concerns.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
• RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
