Job SummaryWe are hiring an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, prepare quotations, invoices, delivery challans, Goods Return Notes (GRNs), maintain financial records, and support GST/TDS documentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Tally and MS Office, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain day-to-day accounting records.

· Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery challans, and GRNs.

· Record financial transactions in Tally.

· Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.

· Support inventory-related accounting.

· Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams.

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements

· B.Com or equivalent qualification.

· 1–2 years of accounting experience.

· Proficiency in Tally, MS Office and Email.

· Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.

· Fluency in Kannada and English (Hindi is an advantage).

· Knowledge of IT products such as laptops, desktops, printers, and projectors is preferred.
