Job Description – Telesales Executive
Company: Blinkon Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: 3rd Floor, G-29, G block, Sector 63, Noida
Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our dynamic real estate team. The role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone, explaining property offerings, and generating interest in our projects.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Present and promote real estate projects effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales team to support conversions.
- Desired Candidate Profile Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client queries confidently.
- Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred (real estate background is a plus).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹30,000 (based on experience and skillset).
- Weekly Incentives: Attractive incentives provided without targets.
- Office Timing: 10:00 Am - 7:00 Pm
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
