Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via Phone, Email, and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable 3D printing solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations (RFQs).
• Coordinate with Design and Production teams for smooth order execution.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, and customer requests.
• Maintain customer records and ensure timely communication.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Customer support, customer service, or inside sales experience will be an added advantage.
