Customer Support Executive (Events & Travel)

We are looking for a Female Customer Support Executive to join our Events & Travel company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and be confident in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities)

23 to 28 (age requirement

• Attend inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Convert leads into confirmed event and travel bookings.
• Assist customers with flight ticketing and travel enquiries.
• Explain travel packages, event stalls, and company services.
• Follow up with customers until the booking is completed.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Events and Travel teams for smooth operations.
• Help secure bookings for upcoming events before the current event concludes.
• Maintain customer records and update booking details.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• RequirementsFemale candidates only.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, Internet).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Experience in customer support, travel, sales, or event management is preferred but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary

₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)
