Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and confident Research Executive to join our team. The candidate will

be responsible for handling outbound and cold calls, verifying customer information from the provided

database, confirming customer details, collecting required information, and maintaining accurate records.

The role mainly focuses on customer verification, data validation, and daily reporting. The ideal candidate

should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle calls

professionally.

Responsibilities

Make outbound and cold calls to customers from the provided database

Cross check and verify customer information professionally

Confirm whether customers are verified and eligible as per company records

Collect and update required customer details accurately

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and verification

status Prepare and submit daily summaries and reporting ratios to management

Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Coordinate with team leaders for updates and reporting

Requirements

Good communication skills in English

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to handle customer verification calls confidently

Good observation and data handling skills

Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Experience in telecalling or customer handling is preferred

Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Salary & Benefits

Fixed salary ₹16,000 – ₹19,000 (Depends on Interview) +Attendance Bonus ₹1000 +

Meal Facility +incentives Upto 10,000 +

(Travel Allowance ₹1500 for females only) = 28,000 – 32,000 salary upto
