Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telecaller & Lead Generation Executive to join our Ayurveda & Wellness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining Ayurveda treatments and wellness programs, generating quality leads, building corporate relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities·        

Contact prospective and existing clients through phone calls and follow-ups.

·        Explain Ayurveda therapies, wellness programs, treatment packages, and healthcare services.

·        Generate qualified leads and convert inquiries into appointments and business opportunities.

·        Maintain customer interaction and lead records.

·        Handle client queries professionally and provide service information.

·        Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, hospitals, wellness partners, and business organizations.

·        Generate corporate sales opportunities by promoting wellness programs and health packages.

·        Schedule meetings and presentations with corporate prospects and decision-makers.

·        Build a strong sales pipeline through telecalling, networking, referrals, and business development activities.
