Job Description
- 1. Creative DesignDesign social media posts, banners, reels covers, and promotional creatives.
- Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, standees, posters, danglers, and catalogues.
- Design festival campaign creatives and product advertisements.
- 2. E-commerce & Website CreativesCreate Amazon, Flipkart, and website product listing images.
- Design A+ content, infographics, and product comparison images.
- Optimize creatives for higher customer engagement and conversion.
- 3. Branding & MarketingEnsure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Develop creative concepts for new campaigns and launches.
- Create attractive in-store display materials and promotional signage.
- 4. Video & Motion GraphicsEdit short videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
- Create simple animations and motion graphics when required.
- 5. CoordinationWork closely with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and photographers for design execution.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Filmora.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic knowledge of photography and image editing will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
