## **We're Hiring: Clinical Counsellor (BUMS/BAMS/BOMS/BDS)**

📍 **Locations:**Noida

💰 **Salary:** ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 CTC per month

📄 **Service Bond:** 2 Years

### **Eligibility**

* BAMS or BUMS degree (Mandatory)

* Excellent communication and patient counselling skills

* Experience in IVF, infertility, gynecology, or healthcare counselling is preferred

* Freshers with strong interpersonal skills may also apply

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Counsel patients regarding infertility, IVF treatments, and available treatment options.

* Explain treatment plans, procedures, medications, timelines, and expected outcomes.

* Address patient concerns with empathy while maintaining confidentiality.

* Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.

* Maintain accurate patient records and counselling documentation.

* Follow up with patients to improve treatment adherence and satisfaction.

* Educate patients about lifestyle modifications and treatment protocols.

* Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the treatment journey.
