Position: Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote our sandalwood plantation investment opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact and engage prospective clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Explain Green Gold Sandalwood's plantation and investment model to potential customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for sandalwood plantation investments.
• Conduct online and offline client presentations.
• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.
• Coordinate client visits and plantation site visits whenever required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Stay updated on sandalwood farming, market demand, and industry trends.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducationGraduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
• ExperienceFreshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Agriculture Sales, or Tele-Sales will be preferred.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing ability.
• Confidence in handling customer objections.
• Target-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.

Compensation & BenefitsFixed Salary₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
