Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and disciplined Appointment Setter to identify potential clients, conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery meetings with our Business Strategist.
This role focuses on appointment booking rather than direct sales closing.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect Research
Identify manufacturing and industrial companies.
Review company websites before outreach.
Conduct basic website audits.
Gather decision-maker information.
Outbound Calling
Make 50+ outbound calls daily.
Speak with business owners, directors, plant heads, and decision-makers.
Introduce The Bot Agency's services.
Qualify business opportunities.
Appointment Booking
Schedule discovery calls and meetings.
Follow up with prospects.
Send meeting confirmations and reminders.
CRM Management
Update TeleCRM/CRM daily.
Record call outcomes and follow-up dates.
Maintain lead records accurately.
Daily KPI
50 outbound calls per day
20 meaningful conversations per day
2 qualified appointments per day
CRM updated daily
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
Confidence speaking with business owners
Good listening skills
Strong follow-up discipline
Basic computer knowledge
