Urgent Hiring – Apprentice / Trainee (Production & Maintenance)
Job Location : Hoskote, Karnataka – 562114
Shift: Day Shift Only
Employment Type: Full-Time Apprenticeship / Trainee
Position : Apprentice / Trainee – Production & Maintenance
Stipend : ₹21,000/- In-Hand (BE/B.Tech Candidates)
Eligibility Criteria : Freshers Preferred
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Industrial Engineering & Management, or
BE / B.Tech in Production Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily production and shop floor operations.
Support production and maintenance teams.
Monitor machine performance and report any issues.
Perform basic preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure production quality and follow standard operating procedures.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and GMP standards.
Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE properly.
Maintain production and maintenance records.
Coordinate with supervisors for smooth plant operations.
Skills Required :
Basic technical knowledge of production processes.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Positive attitude and discipline.
