Roles & Responsibilities


  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows/macOS desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and peripheral issues.
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory and email systems.
  • Deploy operating systems, patches, and software updates.
  • Support endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
  • Document incidents and resolutions through IT service management tools.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support.
