Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a database of potential OEMs, dealers, architects, and B2B clients.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company's products and services.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
• Generate and nurture sales leads for the business development team.
• Schedule meetings and product presentations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Research new companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
• Prepare periodic reports on lead generation activities and conversion status.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Confident in cold calling and handling objections.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
