Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a database of potential OEMs, dealers, architects, and B2B clients.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce the company's products and services.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Generate and nurture sales leads for the business development team.
- Schedule meetings and product presentations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Research new companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
- Prepare periodic reports on lead generation activities and conversion status.
Desired Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in cold calling and handling objections.
- Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
