Job Description

Job: Inbound Tele Sales Executive (Work from Home / Workstation Allowed)




Process: 'Nashe Se Aazaadi' (Pan-India Wellness)


System: 100% Inbound. ZERO Cold Calling / Lead Generation. / १००% इनबाउंड सेल्स, कोई कोल्ड कॉलिंग नहीं। Customers reach out to us directly from web portals.

Role: Execute pre-approved counseling scripts, resolve client objections, process secure payment links. / एक्सपर्ट स्क्रिप्ट का पालन करना और आर्डर क्लोज करना।

Salary Tiers / वेतन संरचना:


Tier 1 (Junior Sales Executive): Fixed ₹6,000/mo + unlimited incentives

Tier 2 (Sales Executive): Fixed ₹8,000/mo + unlimited incentives

Tier 3 (Senior Sales Executive): Fixed ₹12,000/mo + unlimited incentives

Tier 4 (SME Tier): Fixed ₹15,000/mo + unlimited incentives
