Retail Sales Executive – Mobile Buyback & Electronics

Hiring Retail Sales Executives for Mobile, Laptop & Consumer Electronics Stores. Experience in Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Xiaomi, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Cashify, ControlZ, Imagine, iVenus, or similar retail brands is preferred.

At Grest, We are looking for a and energetic person to handle mobile/laptop & Electronics Gadget exchange and retail sales across multiple stores.  

Responsibilities:

* Handle walk-in customers for old device exchange/trade-ins

* Check and evaluate mobiles, laptops, and tablets

* Explain exchange value and offers to customers

* Coordinate with backend team for approvals/payments

* Maintain device and customer records

* Manage sales and operations across assigned stores/clusters

Requirements:

* 1–2 years experience in mobile retail, buyback, or electronics stores

* Basic knowledge of phones and laptops

* Good communication and convincing skills

* Customer-ly and sales-focused attitude

* Hindi + local language preferred

Preference will be given to : Specialized in Apple Ecosystem
