Job Description – Telugu Sales Coordinator (IndiaMART)

Location: Hyderabad
About Us
Parshwanath Enterprises is a supplier of Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to manage IndiaMART leads and convert them into sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to IndiaMART inquiries promptly.
- Call customers and communicate fluently in Telugu.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and accounts teams for order processing.
- Maintain customer and lead records in Excel/Google Sheets or CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Required Skills
- Fluent in Telugu (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or IndiaMART sales will be preferred.
