Job Title: Operations & Sales Executive

🐶 Woofly is hiring an Operations & Sales Executive to manage customer communication, coordinate services, and drive sales from our office.

Responsibilities

Talk to customers over calls and WhatsApp.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.

Convert inquiries into bookings and sales.

Coordinate with groomers and operations team.

Handle scheduling, rescheduling, and customer follow-ups.

Resolve customer concerns and ensure a great customer experience.

Maintain records of leads, bookings, and customer interactions.

Achieve daily sales and operational targets.

Requirements

Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is a plus).

Confident speaking with customers over phone.

Strong sales and customer handling skills.

Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or operations preferred.
