Job Description

1. Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities:

• Assist chefs in food preparation and ingredient handling

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen

• Wash and organize utensils and kitchen equipment

2. Food Assembly Executive

Responsibilities:

• Assemble burgers, shawarmas, wraps, fries, and other menu items according to SOPs

• Ensure presentation and quality standards are maintained

• Pack online and takeaway 

3. Cleaning Staff

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, wash areas, and restaurant premises

• Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards

• Clean equipment, tables, chairs, and workstations regularly

4. Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations

• Supervise staff and ensure smooth workflow

• Handle customer service and resolve complaints professionally

• Monitor inventory, stock, and purchasing requirements
