Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain inventory levels.
- Track stock movements, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.
- Analyze inventory data to prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
- Manage inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Time management and organizational skills.
