Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Educational Counselor to guide prospective students in enrolling for our aviation-related training programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the aviation industry and student counseling.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel prospective students and parents on aviation courses (Air Hostess, Ground Staff, Cabin Crew, etc.)
• Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries; follow up effectively to convert leads into admissions.
• Conduct career counseling sessions to help students understand career options in aviation.
• Provide detailed information about course structure, fees, career opportunities, and certification.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and open houses to promote courses.
• Maintain records of student interactions, inquiries, and admissions using CRM or database tools.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and lead generation activities.
• Support students during enrollment, documentation, orientation, and course progression.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide relevant advice and strategies.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Prior experience (1–3 years) in educational counseling or admissions is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and local language).
• Good organizational and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with aviation careers and enthusiasm to guide aspirants.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and lead management platforms.
• Target-driven with a student-first approach.
