About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Senior Video Editor with strong experience in editing e-commerce and marketing videos. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media content, direct-response advertising, and conversion-focused video editing.

This role requires someone who can not only create high-performing video content but also lead and manage a team of editors, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit high-converting video ads for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

Create engaging product videos, UGC ads, promotional campaigns, reels, and short-form content.

Lead and manage a team of video editors, providing guidance, feedback, and quality control.

Develop editing workflows and ensure projects are delivered within deadlines.

Collaborate with media buyers, content creators, scriptwriters, and designers to produce performance-focused creatives.

Analyse winning ad creatives and implement editing trends that improve engagement and conversions.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.

Organise project files, assets, and editing resources efficiently.

Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, AI tools, and social media trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional video editing experience.

Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and performance advertising videos.

Strong portfolio showcasing product ads, UGC videos, and social media creatives.

Experience with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.

Expertise in:

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

CapCut
