Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing Plan, create, and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Design engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage social media calendars and maintain consistent brand presence.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and lead generation through organic and paid strategies.
• Monitor trends and create viral real estate content.

WhatsApp Marketing & Automation

• Build and manage WhatsApp Business API campaigns using platforms such as AiSensy, WATI, Interakt, Gallabox, or similar.
• Create automated chatbot flows for lead qualification, property inquiries, follow-ups, and appointment booking.
• Segment customer databases and run broadcast campaigns while maintaining high delivery rates.
• Develop drip campaigns, reminders, and automated customer journeys.
• Track campaign performance and optimize conversion rates.

Paid Advertising

• Plan and manage Facebook and Instagram Lead Generation campaigns.
• Optimize ad creatives, targeting, budgets, and conversion funnels.
• Implement Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Generate qualified leads at an optimal cost per lead (CPL).

CRM & Lead Management

Integrate WhatsApp chatbot with CRM systems.

• Ensure timely lead assignment and follow-up workflows.
• Analyze lead quality and improve conversion rates.
• Analytics & ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor KPIs including reach, engagement, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
• Proven experience in WhatsApp Business API marketing and chatbot creation.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of CRM integration and marketing automation.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools.
• Strong copywriting skills for social media, ads, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
• Experience with lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization.
