Become the Backbone of Our Nursing Hostel
Kaushal Grih Swasthya Sewa (KGSS) is looking for a sincere, disciplined and caring Ladies Hostel Warden to manage our hostel for nurses and caregivers.
This is not just a caretaker's job. We are looking for someone who can create a safe, clean and well-disciplined home for our nursing staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day hostel operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Maintain discipline and a positive living environment in the hostel
✔ Prepare healthy meals for hostel residents
✔ Purchase and maintain kitchen ration and groceries
✔ Prevent food and kitchen wastage
✔ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the hostel
✔ Monitor attendance and entry/exit of hostel residents
✔ Maintain hostel registers and basic records
✔ Coordinate with the management regarding hostel requirements
✔ Support newly joined nurses and caregivers during their stay
Eligibility
✅ Female candidates only
✅ Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Higher qualification is welcome)
✅ Experience in hostel management, housekeeping or cooking will be preferred
✅ Honest, disciplined and responsible
✅ Able to cook for 10–20 residents
