Job Description

  1. Generate new leads and convert them into paid customers.
  2. Increase free and paid business listings on the Justdial platform.
  3. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  4. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages to the client.
  5. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  6. Handle customer queries, renewals, upselling, and post-sales support.
